I have been attempting to eat healthier because I realize that what I put in my body now and how I live presently will affect my future health. Along with all of this, I am trying out several detox drinks which consist of dark green vegetables and fruits which contain a high level of antioxidants. So far I have been feeling better each day and my skin is looking better as well. I also have been getting enough good sleep. Today I will share with you one of the recipes for a detox drink that I have tried so far. I have changed it a little from the original recipe.
A good breakfast is the best way to start your day. These drinks can be consumed in addition to a full breakfast or alone. While I agree that a cup of coffee is a good start you also should also begin your day with something that will not only keep you hydrated but also provide you with antioxidants and vitamins and minerals.
Do not get me wrong. You all know how I love my coffee first thing in the morning. I also do realize that If I do not start my day with something to not only hydrate me but give me a healthy dose of vitamins and antioxidants it will not bode well.
